Every reply Coral has drafted for a member’s support ticket, and where each one is in review. Coral grounds each answer in our SOPs and never sends — nothing here has reached a member. Verify the sources before you approve an answer, and send anything about money or billing to Escalate.

Sending is still switched off. Review and action freely — your clicks are all recorded, but nothing goes out to a member yet. When you “Approve & Send” or “Resolve & Send,” the card simply disappears from your tabs — disappearing means “recorded,” not “sent.” It shows up in Done only once the send path turns on and it truly sends.
